Speed Rope 2.0

Step 1: Remove the speed rope and the Allen key from the RXpursuit pouch.

Step 2:
Cut the tyrap.

Step 3:
Hold both handles and unroll the speed rope cable.

Step 4:
Slowly slide the loose handle to the other side of the cable.

Step 5:
Hold the handle at the center of the chest and stand with one foot on the cable.

Step 6:
Gently bring the loose handle to the center of the chest, next to the handle that is attached.

Step 7:
Tighten the loose handle with the Allen key. Tighten it extra tight.

Step 8:
Tighten the handle that is already tightened for extra security.

Step 9 (optional):
Use sharp pliers to cut off the remaining piece of cable and place the rubber cap back on the cable to remove the sharp edges.

Speed Rope 1.0

Step 1: Remove the speed rope from the RXpursuit pouch.

Step 2: Cut the tyrap.

Step 3: Hold both handles and let the speed rope roll out.

Step 4: Hold one handle near the center of the chest and stand with one foot on the cable.

Step 5: Gently bring the other handle to the center of the chest as well. Both handles are now at the correct height.

Step 6: Gently tighten the cable until it is under tension.

Step 7: Guide the screw to the handle and tighten it semi-tight.

Step 8: Tighten both handles with a screwdriver, just to be sure.

Step 9 (optional): Using sharp pliers, cut off the remaining piece of cable and place the rubber cap back on the cable to eliminate the sharp edges.
